These Terms of Use govern access to MiniLemon, including AI image generation apps, image editing tools, model access, galleries, collections, subscriptions, and credit purchases.

By using MiniLemon, you agree to these terms. If you are using MiniLemon for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

This page is product-specific starter terms for MiniLemon and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, password, connected authentication methods, and two-factor authentication settings. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it when needed.

You are responsible for activity under your account, including generations, uploaded files, credit use, billing actions, and content saved to your gallery or collections.

You may not use MiniLemon to break the law, violate rights, mislead others, distribute malware, bypass rate limits, abuse infrastructure, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, models, storage, or APIs.

You may not upload or generate content that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy or publicity rights, exploits minors, encourages self-harm or violence, creates non-consensual sexual content, impersonates people deceptively, or is otherwise unlawful.

You retain your rights in prompts, uploaded images, and other content you provide to MiniLemon. You grant MiniLemon the rights needed to host, process, transform, transmit, display, and store that content so we can provide the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for any images, prompts, references, brand materials, faces, products, or other content you upload or ask MiniLemon to process.

Subject to these terms and applicable law, MiniLemon does not claim ownership over images generated for you through your account. Your ability to use generated images may also depend on third-party model provider terms and the rights associated with your inputs.

AI output may be inaccurate, similar to other content, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing generated images before publication, commercial use, or reliance.

MiniLemon may offer a free tier, paid subscriptions, monthly included credits, credit storage limits, generation limits, and paid credit top-ups. Credit costs can vary by model, image app, and provider cost tier.

Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through billing settings when available. Purchased credits and subscription credits may be subject to separate availability, storage, refund, or expiration rules shown in the product.

Prices, plan features, credit grants, limits, and model availability may change. We will make reasonable efforts to present current pricing and plan information before purchase.

MiniLemon relies on third-party services for payments, authentication, email, storage, infrastructure, and AI model processing. Your use of those features may be subject to additional provider terms.

AI model providers may process prompts, uploaded images, generated images, and generation settings as needed to fulfill your request. Model availability, latency, quality, safety rules, and output behavior can change outside MiniLemon's control.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, models, apps, credit rules, and integrations as MiniLemon evolves. We may also limit or suspend access to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, or maintain service reliability.

MiniLemon is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific generation results, error-free output, permanent availability of any model, or that generated images will meet your requirements.

To the extent permitted by law, MiniLemon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
